When Ryan was 12 years old, instead of telling his parents that he wanted to be an astronaut or a baseball player, he marked his future as a motivational speaker. His mother remembers, “I wanted to laugh…but their wasn’t a cell in his body that wasn’t completely serious.” With no exposure to speaking, almost zero interest in theatre, and nine years of dreaming ahead of him, Ryan began manifesting his future behind a microphone.

Two years after starting L2G, he found himself speaking at charity events, high schools, universities, induction ceremonies and community nominated speeches. Ryan’s goal was to share his unorthodox story and motivate his peers to pursue their passions yesterday.
