Video Creation Coordinator

The Video Creation Coordinator (VCC) is responsible for capturing the L2G “personal touch” with videos. Whether it is during team meetings or with our families and causes, videos are one of the most important aspects of our charity’s vision. In addition, the VCC must be able to edit the videos with music, pictures, and effects in a way that is always enhancing the visual/emotional experience for donators and web viewers. Candidate must have a creative eye and experience with the film editing experience. VCC is a volunteer position that can work remotely from home and is required to work 5-10 hours per week (hours may vary depending on when videos are needed).

Videographer

“I am vision. I see the brilliant final act unfold from the opening of the curtains. I crave capturing the moments that don’t only unveil a story, but evoke emotions along the way. The camera is my brush and the world is my canvas.”

The Videographer is responsible for capturing the L2G “Full-Circle” experience with videos. Whether it is during team meetings or with our families and causes, videos are one of the most important aspects of our charity’s mission. The videographer must be willing to navigate southeast Michigan to capture team gathers, fundraisers and events. Candidate must have a creative eye and experience with the film editing experience. Ownership of HD camera equipment is a plus, but NEVER a requirement as we do have access to such equipment. Videographer is a volunteer position and is required to work 5-10 hours per week (hours may vary depending on when we have events).

Photographer

“A picture is worth a thousand words—my pictures are worth ten thousand! I see the moment and seize it. I capture elation, emotion, struggle and strength. My vision is my compass and my timing is my gift.”

The photographer is responsible for capturing the L2G “Full-Circle” with pictures. Whether it is at fundraisers or during our efforts, it is important to document and highlight the moments that make L2G special. It is as vital to have a photographer as it is to have a video coordinator and the two must be able to mesh their talents to deliver the L2G videos that we promise to our donors and recipients. Candidates with experience with Photoshop or other picture editing programs is a plus. Photographer must be able and willing to attend events and fundraisers in southeast Michigan. Photographer is a volunteer position and is required to work 5-10 hours per week (hours may vary depending on when we have events).

Design Coordinator

The Design Coordinator (DC) is responsible for the visual appeal and consistency of flyers, banners, web design, power points, logos and any other creative design demands that arise. The CC must have Photoshop, Illustrator or other related design experience and a creative sense for what people are visually/mentally/emotionally drawn towards. DC is a volunteer position that can work remotely from home and is required to work 5-10 hours per week.

Musical Coordinator

“I put the grove in your step. I make music, video, and picture flow as one. I evoke emotion where silence does not. If music is food for the soul, then I’m the chef.”

The Musical Coordinator (MC) is responsible for creating and recruiting all things music. The ideal MC would have musical talents to create themes, jingles, background tracks, remixed songs, and lyrics. MCs must be able to coordinate with Photographer and Video & Film Creation Coordinator in the formation of our L2G mini movies. MC is a volunteer position that can work remotely from home and is required to work 5-10 hours per week.
